- CONTACT Tuan Pham, AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AC, (732) 532-5483. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for Modification Kit, MK-2804, P/O AN/ARC-164, P/N: 743967-806, NSN: 1680-01-413-1871. Current source for this unit is Raytheon Systems Company , Cage 37695. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AC, Building 1200E, Fo rt Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Ar my with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the A rmy.
