- NSN: 1090-01-300-9517 (PN 12576008); NSN 1090-00-937-2033 (PN 5910844); NSN 1090-01-333-2288 (PN 12576009). The 3 items being procured on this solicitation are Kits, Seal Replacement for use on the M109 Howitzer. Proposed contract is 100% small busi ness set-aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with four pricing periods. The minimum guaranteed quantities are as follows: 30 each PN 12576008; 11 each PN 5910844; and 59 each PN 12 576009. The maximum quantities per ordering period are as follows: 400 ea PN 12576008; 150 each PN 5910844; and 150 each PN 12576009. Part number 12576008 consists of a scraper, seals, retainers, packing, split ring and pellet. Scraper and seals are so urce controlled. Part number 5910844 consists of gaskets, packing, ring, various seal assemblies, washer and seal. Part Number 12576009 consists of gaskets, wiper, seals and packing. Seals are source controlled. FOB is Destination. All or a part of thi s action is an unfunded FY04 requirement. Estimated issue date is 4 Aug 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Govern ment is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure t o obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
