- The purpose of this Sources Sought/Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing American Stainless Steel in support of the M119 Howitzer Program. There are approximately 50 different materials, a list of these materials can be requested by email from Bette Dennison at dennisonb@ria.army.mil. Please respond to this request NO LATER THAN 7 July 2004 by email to Bette Dennison at dennisonb@ria.army.mil. This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construe d as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Rock Island Arsenal will only utilize the information you provide in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
