- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement to purchase Vector 3 HAHO/HALO/SL Military Solo Parachute system (SOV3-HH) that was developed by Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. This purchase shall include the following: SOV3-HH HAHO SYSTEM 398, Model 1AF-003, part no. CPS-MILSOV3HH; MS-360 M1 Main Parachute, part no. CPS-AM001-MS360 M1; TR-375 Reserve Canopy, part no.CPS-AR001-TR375; Standard Tandem Gear Bag, CPS-GBT-001;and assemble and pack main and reserve chutes, part no.CPS-RIGGING FULL. These will purchased as an assembled system. Quantity 20 ea. This requirement is a Sole Source with Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc., 1200 Flightline Blvd. Ste 2, Deland, FL 32724-2606 IAW FAR 6.302-1. Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement due to it being the only tested and approved that meets or exceeds the Combat Mission Needs Statement from the Combined Forces Air Component Commander CENTAF. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 2299 with a business size of 500 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 314999. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
