- Sources Sought Little Rock AFB is conducting market research for the possible purchase of hunting equipment. Cabela?s part numbers are listed to provide an idea of the types of items considered: 1. Ladder stand. 15? (to the seat) ladder tree stand w/ padded shooting rail and safety harness. Weight capacity- 275 lbs. (Part # QE-41-5660) 2. Blind, camouflage. 60? by 60?, w/ four windows, tie-downs, and three portholes for shooting. Needs to be wheelchair accessible. (Part # IE-41-4647) 3. Ladder stand, two person. 500 lb capacity. (Part # QR-41-5874) 4. Blind, 6-foot diameter. Plastic, 6-foot diameter fully enclosed plastic/fiberglass with plywood floor. Require 10 feet off the ground, to bottom of blind. (Part # XD-41-4704) 5. Tie-Down. Require tie-down for item #4, to help secure blind. (Part # XD-41-4703) This purchase will be set-aside 100% for small business.
