Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, has set-aside the following construction project for 100% HUB-zone contractors within the state of Oregon who can perform NAICS Code 235110, HVAC work. Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor and qualified supervision to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, and related ductwork for Bldg. 11 HVAC Laundry Upgrade as required by drawings and specifications. NAICS Code 235110/ size standard: $12 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUB-zone contractors who perform HVAC work (NAICS code 235110) within the state of Oregon only.
