- Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest. Young Gulch Kiosk. Construction of one, two-panel, bulletin-board kiosk with native stone base. The solicitation will be posted on this website on August 4, 2004. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled at the project worksite, starting at 1:00 PM on August 16th. Please RSVP with CO Loren Ebner if you plan to attend the meeting. The meeting will be cancelled without notice if nobody RSVPs for the meeting.
