- NSN 1560-00-264-1190, Cup Assembly, Cargo Floor. AAR Cargo Systems, CAGE 81868. Origin inspection. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 003. Requested delivery 147 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated annual quantities which is 5400 for base/2432 each option year. Guaranteed minimum quantities are 608 for base/1216 for each option year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Issue date is August 12, 2004.
