- This announcement is to advise that the Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center intends to award call order's) against existing Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) for Commercial Programmable Flashers for a quantity of 2,000 each Flashers. Anticipated award date is 7/22/04. Note: Flashers shall be provided with Coast Guard specification P-422-0340 and associated Coast Guard drawings. Interested parties that would like their product considered for a BPA should contact Ms. Harrigan. NOTE: SEE NOTE 1.
