- Amendment 0003: RFQ HSCG38-04-Q-500023 is herby amended and provides the following information: The water supply will be a closed system chiller unit. The capacity of the chiller unit should be included in the offeror's quote as part of their specifications/options/etc. The water chiller usually can provide cooling water at or below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The offeror should address the inlet water temp and gallon per minute requirement for their proposed test stand's cooler system. The Test Stand may be one or two pieces such as an independent hyrdaulic component test stand and add-on pump/motor test unit. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is extended until 30 July 2004, 2:00p.m.****
