- This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HubZone Small Business. The Center for Domestic Preparedness, Anniston, Alabama will issue an Invitation for Bids on approximately July 15, 2004 for the purchase and installation of Impasse Gauntlet fencing including electronically controlled vehicle and pedestrian gates, all hardware and software access/mechanical controls, security lighting, video surveillance systems and vegetation growth protection. Project also includes construction and installation of SecureUSA bollards and construction of an environmentallyl controlled guard house. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
