- NASA SHARED SERVICES CENTER (NSSC) PROCUREMENT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NASA is requesting information from all sources regarding possible alternative incentive approaches for the NSSC A-76 procurement. The NSSC draft solicitation released May 21, 2004 utilized an award fee incentive approach, including a set award fee percentage. Based on feedback received in response to the draft solicitation and during the One-on-One sessions conducted 12-14 July 2004 with potential prime offerors, NASA is considering use of alternative proposals, specific to allowing offerors to proposed alternate incentive approaches in the final NSSC solicitation. Any alternative incentive arrangements submitted should be described in sufficient detail to allow a clear understanding of the approach and the associated benefits of its use. The names of those who respond to this RFI will not be disclosed. Responses should be sent by email to the Contracting Officer, Jim Becker, at james.becker-1@nasa.gov. NASA is requesting that responses be received no later than COB 26 July 2004.
