- NAICS Code: 611430 The US EPA intends to award the following procurement on a sole source basis to TTI/Vanguard under FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The requirement is for membership in a research and adivsory service, including: Two (2) seats for EPA senior staff members to attend five (5) conferences, including "The Challenge\ of Compexity"; "NextGens"; and three additional conferneces TBA. The 2 EPA senior staff members shall also participate in all workshops and field trips during the contract period. This membership shall also include access for up to 25 individuals in EPA to the Memebrs' Only area of the Vanguard website and archives.
