- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract to InterSystems Corporation (ISC), One Memorial Drive, Sixth Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142-1313 to provide additional Digital Standard MUMPS (DSM) concurrent user software licenses known as Open M for VMS operating DSM, manufactured by ISC. This procurement is for an additional 384 concurrent process licenses on each of two AS4140 computer nodes with existing software. A Firm-Fixed Price Type of contract is anticipated. The total estimated value is $347,517.00. The FSC Code is 7030. The NAICS Code is 541511 with a size standard of $21M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
