- Solicitation N00421-04-T-0184 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small disadvantaged business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Video & Telecommunications, Inc. for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1.
