- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Lakehurst, intends to procure Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) automated Quantum Hall Effect system for the Navy Primary Standards Laboratory (NPSL). This system is required to improve resistance accuracy measurements. Accuracy must be traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA. The basic quantity of one (1) Quantum Hall Effect system is required. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with best commercial practices; Delivery of a workable system meeting these specifications must be within a year ARO; FOB Origin.
