- The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Petersons-Princeton Pike Corp dba Thompson Learning, Lawrenceville, NJ for the following books: Peterson?s Guide to 4-year Colleges 2005, ISBN 0-7689-1379-9 (QTY 1500); Peterson?s Guide to 2-year Colleges 2005, ISBN 0-7689-1380-2 (QTY 1500); Peterson?s College Money Handbook 2005, ISBN 0-7689-1503-1(QTY 1500); Graduate and Professional Programs Book 1 An Overview, ISBN 0-7689-13942 (QTY 1500;College Success Tips for Adult Learners, ISBN 0-7689-1140-1. Prices to include shipping to Pensacola, Florida. Vendors believing they can provide such products may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 15 days vice 45 days response.
