- I1700040606 This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about August 3, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract consists of the rehabilitation of Harden Farm apartments including architectural repairs, interior finishes, bathroom remodeling, heating system, kitchen counters and cabinets, and flooring. Work under this contract to be performed between November 1, 2004 and April 1, 2005. NAICS 233220, Multifamily Housing Construction. This solicitation is open to all size businesses. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A pre-bid site visit will be held August 17, 2004 at 9 AM, meet at Harden Farm Apartments. Hard copy bid documents only shall be accepted for this solicitation (no faxed or electronic bid documents will be accepted). Bids must be received at Acadia National Park, P. O. Box 177, Bar Harbor, Maine 04609 by 3:00 PM on September 2, 2004 local prevailing time. A complete bid package shall include three (3) copies of completed SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award, all with original signatures; three (3) copies of bid schedule; one completed section K, Representations and Certifications and one SF 24, Bid Bond. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price related factors included in the solicitation.
