- Description
- The US Department of the Interior's Minerals Management Service (MMS), Procurement Operations Branch, is the contracting office for this procurement. This is a firm-fixed price requirement using GSA Schedule GS-35F-0040M. MMS intends to make a firm-fixed price sole source award to Plumtree Software, Inc. San Francisco, California, for (1) annual renewal of maintenance and enterprise level technical support services, Plumtree Corporate Portal (1001 authorized users) and (2) annual renewal of maintenance and enterprise level technical support services, Plumtree Corporate Portal (unlimited anonymous users, 500 external users). The Plumtree Portal Software will be used on the eGov servers for the OCS Connect Project. This software needs to be renewed as part of the overall infrastructure of the system. The total value of this project for a base and four (4) one year options is estimated to be $358,642.24. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information and/or quotes received by Close of Business July 23, 2004, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
