- Description
- Contractor will provide all necessary supplies, material and equipment (testing devices/aides) to perform onsite professional psychological services to identify Exceptional Education and Intensive Residential Guidance students in grade 4 through 12. A minimum of 3 days or 30 hours a week, from September 1, 2004 through May 31, 2005, is expected. Government anticipates awarding this as a firm fixed price contract as a base year with two option years. Riverside Indian School is a federally funded boarding school for Native American students, which houses approximately 500 students during school year, site location is Anadarko, Oklahoma; Caddo County. Workload will depend on the number of students referred for services and continuation of students receiving services during previous school term. This is being advertised as a small business set aside. Contractor is required to be qualified as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience and knowledge of the unique cultural needs and learning styles of Indian boarding school students and price. Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
