PRON: AX4C0544AX, NSN: 1560-01-1062412, PN: 114S4603, Quantity: 12 each with two 100% options applicable to CH-47 Airframe. Required delivery is 12 each , 390 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 12 each 465 without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 453 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complet e, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close pri or to the date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreignt requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
