- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation W912LL-04-T-0006 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar 24, dated 7/19/04. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 423740, small business size standard of 100 employees. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting quotations for the supply and installation of a 3-Compartment Walk-In Freezer. Delivery will be made to the Camp Grafton Training center - TISA, 4417 Highway 20, Devils Lake, ND 58301-8500. Offers will be evaluated as to the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made based o n the best value to the Government. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are equal to price. Specifications and Configuration Drawing may be requested by using the contact information listed below. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Jul 2002) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision must be submitted with any quotation.
