- The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCCW), 5200 Army Pentagon, Arlington, VA intends to procure, on a sole source basis, renewal site licenses for Gensym ReThink software platform. Gensym software products permit graphical simulation, analysi s, and automation of business processes in a logistics environment. The software and site license is developed and sold by Gensym Corporation, Cage Code 09PG5, 15245 Shady Grove Rd., Suite 470, Rockville, MD 20855. Gensym owns all rights to the source code and is the only authorized distributor. It is in the best interest of the Government to renew the site licenses for the Gensym products to mitigate cost, schedule, technological risks.
