- In accordance with FAR Part 15.201 Exchange With Industry Before Receipt of Proposal, we will be hosting a Pre-solicitation Conference on July 22, 2004 to open discussion on the above reference solicitation. The conference will be held at Tinker AFB, Ok. Please contact this office with names of the personnel attending from your company by noon July 20, 2004. All contractors will be escorted onto the base at 0830 on the morning of July 22, 2004. If you have additional questions please send them via e-mail to lavonne.lee@tinker.af.mil This modification is to also dissolve the small business set aside for this requirement. 100% Aft Lower Lobe Kits applicable to the E-3 Aircraft. NSNs are 1560-01-504-5595AW (3 year Best Est Qty (BEQ) is 20), 1560-01-504-5593AW (3 year Best Est Qty (BEQ) is 14), and 1560-01-504-5596AW (3 year Best Est Qty (BEQ) is 6). Solicitation will be issued as a 3 year Best Estimated Quantity to include Line Items for the above mentioned NSNs. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.1
