- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to increase the level-of-effort under Contract DG133W-03-CN-0007 with Reston Consulting Group, Inc. (RCG) by 2,885.5 hours for the period ending December 31, 2004 to provide for the continuation of services presently being performed under the contract relating to the development, evaluation, and implementation of the HAZCOLLECT project and the Console Replacement System (CRS) replacement project and the development of the National Weather Service (NWS) Dissemination Services Master Plan. By virtue of its performance to date of these tasks under the contract, RCG has an unique knowledge and familiarity of the intricacies of the issues involved in these tasks, the details of the work that has been performed to date for the tasks, and the most effective approach to completing these tasks in an efficient, successful manner. RCG is the only source which is known to be capable of completing these tasks in a timely manner. See Note 22.
