- ****ESTIMATED FBO ISSUE DATE IS AUGUST 10, 2004****** This project is Fy 2004 and 2005 Aerial Fertilization. 2004- Apply 524.94 tons of urea prill (46-0-0) via helcopter or fixed-wing aircraft over 2,406 acres of second growth timber stands. 2005- Apply 524.0 tons of urea prill (46-0-0) via helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft over 2,400 acres of second growth timber stands. COR contact is Pete Jorgenson, Sweet Home Ranger District, Willamette National Forest. Start work date September 25, 2004. Work will be preformed on Sweet Home-Linn County and Detroit-Marion County Ranger Districts.
