- Description
- The intent of this contract is to provide equipment, materials, services and personnel to ram into place steel pipes to form new culverts (pipe ramming), and abandon the existing culverts by filling with hydraulic cement grout. Riser inlets will be installed on the new culverts. Downdrains will be installed, if needed. Stringent dewatering, erosion and sediment control measures will be required to meet State of Oregon water quality standards. This project is located on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County, Oregon. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers are due by close of business on August 24, 2004. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 20 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 1, 2004. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation packet will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about August 3, 2004.
