- Road 22 Bike Route Paving on the Cottage Grove Ranger District 30 miles east of Cottage Grove, OR; Work includes roadbed reconditioning, approximately 3,000 cubic meters of crushed aggregate base, approximately 5,000 metric tons of asphalt concrete pavement, gabion retaining structures and miscellaneous drainage work; Option items are included for curve widening and turnouts, additional asphalt quantities, pavement marking, This is a Request For Proposals; In addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire providing information regarding technical capability, work sequencing and erosion control practices, use of local employment, and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical capability, utilization of local employment and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; The project magnitude is in the range between $250,000 and $500,000 including the option items; hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
