- Description
- The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the National Safe Skies Alliance, 2057 Alcoa Highway, Alcoa TN 37701 for operational testing and evaluation services of a biometric access control system. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (benjamin.senker@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 4:00 pm July 22, 2004. The Government anticipates an award date on or about July 26, 2004. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See Note 22 ?
