Description: The following information is added to the original solicitation. Items for pickup at the National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) will be made between the hours of 10:00am and 10:30am. Pickup point is the 10th floor lobby of 4200 Wilson Blvd., Ballston Office Building. Drop off and pickup at the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) Building is to be made prior to 1:00pm. Drop off and pick up point is the mailroom located on the ground floor, room B-120. Afternoon drop off of materials from USCG HQ to NPFC will be made no later that 2:30pm.
