- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 3, 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Parking Lot Improvements and Paving at Twin Canals Site, Barataria Unit, Jela Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. Request For Proposal Number N7531040011. The procurement is a Request For Proposal(RFP) and is subject to the Provisions of Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR), Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This procurement is offered as 100% Set-aside for Small Business, and the National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned enterprises. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform and complete all work as specified. The NAICS code for this project is 238990. The price range for this project is between $25,000 - $100,00. The contract duration is 78 days.
