- Description
- The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies necessary to provide custodial services at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The contractor shall provide basic cleaning services to include maintain floors, remove trash, clean interior glass and mirrors, clean drinking fountains, clean stairways, vacuum carpets, general spot cleaning and low dusting. The contractor shall also provide cleaning services at the child development centers such as general cleaning and disinfecting, playground and equipment upkeep, and snow removal on sidewalks and entrances. The contractor shall also provide basic restroom cleaning services such as clean/disinfect all surfaces of the restrooms, sweep/mop floors, stock restroom supplies, and remove trash. The contractor shall also provide locker room cleaning services at the gymnasium. The contractor shall also provide periodic cleaning services such as strip,scrub, seal and wax floors, clean interior and exterior windows and screens, clean/shampoo carpets, clean light fixtures, and light dusting. Performance start date is 1 Oct 2004. Request for proposals will be tentatively issued 11 June 2004. *****************************UPDATE****************************** THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)WILL BE ISSUED ON OR AROUND 23 JULY 2004. THE TENTATIVE SITE VISIT IS CURRENTLY BEING RESCHEDULED. THE FIRM DATE OF THE SITE VISIT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE RFP.
