Description

7030 ? RENEWAL OF SOFTWARE LICENSES - U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with SAS Institute, Contract Administration, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, North Carolina, 27513. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed-price. The Contractor shall provide: (1) One unit of Base SAS WNDW not to exceed 300 workstations Software license renewal. (2) One unit of SAS/GRAPH WNDW not to exceed 10 workstations Software License renewal. (3) SAS/ACCESS WNDW Interface to PC files not to exceed 240 workstations. Contract with one base period and four 12 months option period. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bonafide capability to meet the requirements. Failure to submit such documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
