Description

(QUESTION 1) Could you please list 1-7 what the power connections (on the 372 ft rails) will be? (ANSWER 1) Equipment Ground, Spare conductor, L1 480V, Spare Conductor, L2 480V, Spare Conductor, and L3 480V. (QUESTION 2) Could you please list 1-9 what the power connections (on the 50/100 ft bridges) will be? (ANSWER 2) IN THE FIRST ENCLOSURE: Equipment Ground, Spare conductor, L1 480V, Spare Conductor, L2 480V, Spare Conductor, and L3 480V. IN THE SECOND ENCLOSURE: Bridge forward 120V, Bridge reverse 120V, Bridge high speed 120V, Spare Conductor, Bridge control 120V, Hoist-trolley control 120V, and Bridge control Neutral. *All conductors must be rated at the same ampacity. (QUESTION 3) I wanted to verify that the trolley is not to leave and then enter any of the conductor runways or bridges. The trolley will remain in a continuous system. (ANSWER 3) The trolley will remain in a continuous system with a mechanical stop at each end of the feed rail.
