- The synopsis/solicitation is amended to answer the following questions: Q: What is the frequency for the VHF radio and does it need to be secure? A: The radio does not need to be secure. The frequency spectrum: multi-band VHF - equal to the King Silver Crown package or equal. Q: Is empty weight of 5,400 lbs acceptable? A: Yes, this empty weight is acceptable. Q: Is an STC required for the NVG capability? A: Yes, an STC is required. The closing date for the solicitation is 7/16/04; 4pm ET.
