- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number 04Q4005 and is a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a total Small Business set aside. The standard industrial classification code is 3669 and the small busine ss size standard is 750 employees. Oregon Air National Guard requires: 100 each Intercommunication Units 6015-1 Manufacturer Gentex. Delivery to Portland Air National Guard Base, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218-2797. Delivery by 60 days ARO. When c alling, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Evaluation of quotations will be based on low price only. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision at 52.212- 3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsâCommercial items, is applicable and must be submitted with your quotation. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and ConditionsâCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition and has no addenda attached. FAR clause 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive OrdersâCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition and includes additional FAR clauses 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.225-3 . Quotations are due no later than August 4, 2004 at 2:00PM PST at Oregon Air National Guard, Base Contracting Office, 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland, OR 97218-2797.
