- Description
- The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan (NH Okinawa) has a standing order requirement for a for reagents, stains, and supplies for use by NH Okinawa’s laboratory and blood bank. The intention of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to award a firm fixed price contract for fiscal year 2005 (Oct 1, 2004 through Sep 30, 2005). Delivery of a majority of the CLINs will be direct to NH Okinawa (Japan), with several for shipment to Tracy, CA. The contractor shall be responsible for door-to-door delivery of all international shipments, providing tracking information for all (international and CONUS) shipments, and ensuring proper packaging and shipping of refrigerated items and hazardous material. Quotations are due 30 July 2004. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. Required Central Contractor Registration. [Note: Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration will make an Offeror ineligible for award] Registration is available via the Internet at www.CCR.gov. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds.
