- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, USBP Air and Marine Operations Center located in El Paso, Texas, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Liberty Graphics, Inc., 9205 James Street, Philadelphia, PA 19114-3067 to purchase and install a 6’ X 12’ Night Vision Terrain Board with starlight illumination package. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries. SEE NOTE 22. The time for response is changed to read fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUL-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
