- The Library of Congress FEDLINK Contracts unit intends to award a sole source contract to Books on Tape Inc., a division of Random House Inc. for their Listening Library®, BOOKS ON TAPE®, and BOOKS ON CD® Library Editions for FEDLINK Customer European Regional Library (AREU). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Any responses to this synopsis shall be in writing; no telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. For information on the Library of Congress' FEDLINK program, please visit our website: www.loc.gov/flicc.
