- In accordance with FAR 9.2 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the manufacture of the NSNs/PNs/Nouns listed below. This means that a company must go through a source approval process. This notice does not mean that the Air Force is contemplating the purchase of these items in the near future.
