- The above referenced request for proposal is hereby modified to notify prospective contractors of the following change in set-aside procedures: In accordance with FAR Part 19.1305, this requirement is being set-aside totally for HUBZone small business concerns. Proposals will only be accepted from small business concern that appear on the list of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration. The solicitation will be available and distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) Federal Opportunities Website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments will be distributed solely through the web site.
