- R--US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to solicit for the following services which require the contractor to provide title insurance premium to include a commitment for a 60 year search for 40 ownerships; and closing services to in clude recording fees and local recording tax for 40 ownerships. This requirement is set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may download a copy of the solicitation package at https//ebs.nab.usace.army.mil (Note: Contact Ms Paula Schultz fo r problem at (410)962-4000). No telephone or fax request for solicitation will be accepted. See numbered note 22 except change forty-five (45) days to fourteen (14) days.
