- Requirement for award of an indefinite-quantity, requirements type contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to slurry seal roads at various locations at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, to include Woodridge Housing Area in Tomah, Wisconsin, in accordance with specifications, drawings and conditions contained in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price requirements type contract with a base period from September 15, 2004, to September 14, 2005, with two one-year options. The project includes, but is not limited to slurry sealing, bituminous payment patching and sealing cracks bituminous pavements. The project magnitude for the base period and option year periods is between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% bid bond is requir ed. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. This solicitation will be competed unrestricted. Bid document s will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about July 29, 2004. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for is suance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will NOT be directly notified of solicitation amendments. A plan holders list will be available upon request. Parties interested in inclusion on the plan holders l ist should email the contract specialist at mary.purpus@emh2.mccoy.army.mil providing the firm's complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, business size, and if classified as disadvantaged or woman-owned. The bid opening date will be ap proximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on solicitation. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic submission of bid documents will NOT be allowe d. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.
