- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for, engineering, and technical support for the Airburst Non-Lethal Munition (ANLM) program Efforts will include generating design improvements to improve reliability, safety and ruggedness. The contractor shall have a total period of twenty six weeks after contract award to accomplish this task. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a sole source requirement for Frank Dindl, as he holds a patent on the ANLM.
