- PR NO: RF041900030000, NSN 6680-01-045-0334, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity. Subject item is in accordance with Lockheed Martin Corp. CAGE 81755 DWG 16VE002-006, Rev "G" DTD 18 OCT 90, P/N 16VE002006-3 and has one approved source: Simmonds Precision Products CAGE 89305, P/N 391001-303. RFP #: SP0440-04-R-4894. Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: July 29, 2004, Closing Date: September 30, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Destination, 175 days ARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 114 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 76 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required in this solicitation. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
