- Description
- This project is located on the High Sierra Ranger District of the Sierra National Forest. Work consists of mastication and thinning within plantations on 125 acres of Forest land. The contract will require the contractor to treat all slash and unwanted vegetation present on the work sites. This is to be accomplished by masticating the material with a mechanical shredder. Estimated contract time: 100 days. Est. start work date: 8-30-04. Details regarding a pre-bid tour will be in solicitation. When solicitation is prepared, it will be uploaded to fedbizopps and available for downloading.
