- Description
- The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licenses necessary to perform advance life support/basic life support ground ambulance services in Kayenta and Inscription House, AZ from September 01, 2004 to August 31, 2005.The Contractor shall be available 24/7. The Contractor shall comply with all Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of emergency Medical Services Regulations and Revised statutes. Interested offerors shall submit their request for RFPM04-0018/PD, closing on July 29, 2004, 4:00 PM local time.
