- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform preventive maintenance inspection service work, service call work and repair work for a system consisting of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and associated equipment by means of a combination fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The work will be performed at the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center, Rochester, NY. The tentative issue date for specifications is 12 August 2004. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The performance period is for 12 months with an additional 48 months of options available at the Contracting Officer's discretion. Estimated cost range for base period: Less than $25,000.00. Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge, however, some specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this project when specifications become available. Official planholders will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. If you fail to register, the Government cannot be responsible for your being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. All contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors should submit verification of their firm's registration in the CCR database with their quote.
