- The Patuxent River, Naval Air Warfare Center has a requirement to procure a specialty test apparatus designed to evaluate lurbicant deposits and degradation characteristics under environmental conditions typical of gas turbine engines. This notice of intend to contract on an other than full and open competition basis with Vector House, Wheaton, IL. All responsible sources may submit a request for quote which will be considered by the agency.
