- Contractor is to furnish Fiberglass Mass Display Merchandisers in accordance with DeCA Specification CED # 3-2G12 in various configurations for commissaries located at Norfolk NB VA, Bolling AFB DC, Fort Drum NY, Tobyhanna AD PA, Quantico MCB VA, Albany MCLB GA and at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The RFQ will be released on or about 9 April 2004. This RFQ will be issued on a small purchase, small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of an quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
